ADDENDUM No. 1 INCLUDES ADDITIONAL FORM TO BE COMPLETED
Any bidder who has already requested the bid documents will receive Addendum #1 via email.
Addendum #1 will be added to the bid documents requested on or after April 14, 2025.
The original Contract Documents, dated April 4, 2025 for Temporary Employment Services for County College of Morris, Randolph, New Jersey are amended as noted in ADDENDUM NO. 1 and this Addendum shall become a part of the Contract Documents.
Bidders must acknowledge receipt of this Addendum on the Bid Proposal Form when submitting Proposals. In a case where Bidders fail to acknowledge receipt of this Addendum, their Proposal will nevertheless be construed as though the Addendum has been received and acknowledged, and submission of their Proposal will constitute acknowledgement by the Bidder of the receipt of same.
Bid Forms, Instructions to Bidders and Contract Specifications including Addendum No.1, may be examined and obtained during office hours (9:00 A.M. – 4:00 P.M.) at the office of the Director of Purchasing, County College of Morris, Henderson Hall, Room 102, (973) 328-5045. No documents will be faxed to prospective Bidders.
Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any defects or informalities in any Bid and to accept the bid, which in the judgment of the Owner best serves its interests.
