Change to Page 20 – Category 2 – Add Delivery and Rigging to Bid
The original Contract Documents, dated August 8, 2024 for the Engineering Lathe & Plasma Table for the County College of Morris, Randolph, New Jersey are amended as noted in ADDENDUM NO. 2 and this Addendum shall become a part of the Contract Documents.
Bidders must acknowledge receipt of this Addendum on the Bid Proposal Form when submitting Proposals. In a case where Bidders fail to acknowledge receipt of this Addendum, their Proposal will nevertheless be construed as though the Addendum has been received and acknowledged, and submission of his Proposal will constitute acknowledgement by the Bidder of the receipt of same.
Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any defects or informalities in any Bid and to accept the bid, which in the judgment of the Owner best serves its interests, as per NJ State County College Purchasing laws.
